Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Packages As our products come from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal — everything you ordered is on its way. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after dispatch for your tracking number to become active. You can use this number to track your order at any time.
Customs and Import Duties Some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date please contact us at support@desktrove.com and we will investigate immediately. If a package is confirmed lost we will offer a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
