30 Day Return Policy We want you to love everything you order from DeskTrove. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Return Email us at support@desktrove.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item is damaged. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received Contact us immediately with a photo and we will send the correct item right away at no extra cost.
Refund Process Once approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping In most cases we will issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring you to return the item. We'll always find the easiest solution for you.
