How long does shipping take? We ship worldwide from our supplier partners. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days for the United States, 8–15 business days for the United Kingdom, 10–18 business days for Canada and Australia, and 10–20 business days for Sweden and Europe. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order ships.
How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for the tracking to become active. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your order.
Can I return a product? Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us at support@desktrove.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return or exchange.
What if my product arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us at support@desktrove.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that the order will have been sent to our supplier and we are unable to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at support@desktrove.com if you need to make a change.
Are your products high quality? All products in our store are carefully selected and tested for quality. We only carry items we'd be proud to have on our own desk. If you're ever unhappy with your order, we'll make it right.
